Ah! Someone else who isn't a beach person! ... Although we've just booked a beachside holiday, partly inspired by your postcard. Most everyone else in our family loves the beach. Are you more a mountains/rainforest type?
I absolutely love the beach; but these days, it's mostly for the wonderful photographs I can take. I'm still not allowed to venture into the surf with my shoulder as it's not strong enough... hopefully next Summer. :)
